I dont know the history exactly. WWW_P※LCJS_CO※M－PLC－技－.术_网
But the earliest adapters only supported 19200 baud between the adapter and the PC. W1WW_P4LCJS_COM－PLC－技.术_网
Later adapters support both 19200 and 38400 baud. W1WW_P4LCJS_COM－PLC－技.术_网
The part # 6ES7 972-0CA23-0XA0 should be the latest version (of the serial adapter) that is used for programming (PG connection). WW.W_PLCJS_COM－PLC－技.术_网

As Jesper stated the early PC Adaptor only supported 19200, but the serial number for this adapator is 6ES7 972-0CA20-0XA0, not one of the versions you list. W1WW_P4LCJS_COM－PLC－技.术_网

Im sure there are subtle differences between revisions, but using them for there intended purpose - You wouldnt notice!
